Net flock work (or flock printing on net fabric) is a textile design process where velvet-like synthetic fibers are printed onto a mesh or net base to create a raised, textured pattern.
How Flock Work on Net Works
Adhesive Application: A specialized design pattern is printed onto the net fabric using a binding adhesive paste.
Electrostatic Charging: The fabric passes through a flocking machine where short synthetic fibers (flock) are given a negative electrical charge. [1]
Fiber Alignment: The charged fibers stand upright and project perpendicularly onto the adhesive-coated areas of the net due to electrostatic attraction, creating a soft, velvet texture. [1]
Curing: The printed net fabric is heated or cured so that the adhesive permanently bonds the fibers to the mesh.
