I am still waiting for the correct samples to arrive.

2 wrong swatches sent out of 7 ordered

I ordered 7 swatches but two were swatches that I had ordered and received in a previous order. I did not order the one received but two other colors. It took 6-7 emails to finally get Puresilks to agree to send me the samples I had requested assuming they still had the item numbers in stock. As it takes about 5 weeks to get the samples in the first place I'm not holding my breath that they will get here soon or be what I actually ordered

The product I ordered was the light blue irridescent silk that was featured in the ad

The product I ordered was the light blue irridescent silk that was featured in the ad. What I got was darker almost teal blue colored grainy silk that has a very slight shine, but only if you take it outside in full sun. It looks NOTHING like the picture. I checked with them to ask if there was a mistake and they had me mail them a photo which they said was the correct fabric. UPDATE: They looked at my photo and agreed the picture needed to be updated on their end to provide a clearer description. I was very happy with the reaction to my "complaint".
