I needed to find an unusual fabric gray with black design to repair a shreaded silk patch on an older crazy quilt. The company didn't have a silk that would match well enough so I looked at their cottons. I think I have found a great possibility. Thank you very much.

I love the size of PureSlks samples- 3” high by 6” long. They are large enough to get a true feel for the fabric., in texture, color and weight. These are so much better than another online fabric company where zInhad to purchase a 1/2 yard in order to have a sample.

The fabric is beautiful and fairly easy to work with. It shreds easily, but I think that's just because it's silk. If you serge the edges, everything should be fine.
